1. Create a new account
Once the installation is complete, open the app and select the “New User” option.
2. Insert your data
Tell us the email address associated with your account and your password, and click on “Continue”. Remember that this will be the email address where you will receive all communication regarding your community.
3. Verification Code
To proceed with setting up your account, enter the verification code that was sent to the email you provided in the previous step, and click on “Continue”. It may take a few minutes to receive this email.
4. Connect your account to your Energy Community
At the bottom of the screen, activate the “I already have a Renewable Energy Community Code” feature. Enter the name and surname you will see on your account, followed by the Community Code. You can find this code in the first email you received, instructing you to download the app and set up your account. This code is essential for you to have access to your real consumption data.
5. Explore your data
Your account is now set up. You can browse the Condor Energy Communities app and check your savings and consumption.
